ABOUT ME

I came to HTMA with my own health issues. I would say they started at menopause (hot flashes, brain fog, insomnia) but I now know mineral depletion started much earlier. My passion is helping women get their womb ready for the next generation. A baby born in a healthy womb is best for mom and baby. My goal is to empower others to take control of their own health. To balance and restore.
